100+ days prior to departure = $75 cancellation fee

99-61 days prior - 25% tour cost not refundable

60 days prior final payment is due

60-46 Days prior to departure: 50% refundable

45 Days or less prior to departure - No refund possible due to all funds paid.

This also helps keep the price the same for your friends still on the trip.

At any point, If you are able to find a replacement traveler after the cancellation policy takes effect, receive 100% back after your friend that was not signed up, signs up and pays. 

If an overnight tour, they do need to take your place in your room.
